Not a big story in a game when 13th ranked Benetton TV (1-4) lost to eleventh ranked Lottomatica (2-3) in Roma 84-73. Former international guard Jacopo Giachetti (191-83) orchestrated the victory with 24 points. Bosnian forward Nihad Dedovic (196-90, agent: Misko Raznatovic) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Coach Matteo Boniciolli used 10-player rotation giving the chance to rest for starting five. American guard Ryan Toolson (193-85, college: Utah Valley St.) answered with 14 points and Lithuanian center Donatas Motiejunas (213-90, agent: Luciano Capicchioni) added 18 points for Benetton TV. They added fourth loss to their record. Lottomatica (2-3) jumped to the tenth spot. They share that position with Sutor Mont. and Vanoli CR.
