An interesting game was also road defeat of 11th ranked Potros in a very close 3-point game versus twelfth ranked Lechugueros 81-84 in Leon ending at the same time the series of two consecutive victories of Potros. American-Guyanese forward Gordon James (198-79, college: Bridgeport) came up with double-double 15 points and 14 rebounds and American forward Sammy Monroe (198-85, college: Newberry) added 20 points and 5 rebounds for Potros in defeat. Lechugueros (10-13) jumped to the eleventh spot. They share that position with defeateddefeated Potros. Lechugueros will meet next round at home higher ranked Soles (#9) and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Potros will play against Abejas hoping for a come back to a winning shape.
