There was an upset when higher ranked Koroivos (1-2) was defeated on the road by fourteenth ranked Apollon Patras (1-2) 81-72. It was a great evening for guard Nikos Argyropoylos (188-78) who led his team to a victory with 23 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Giannis Lianos (194-88) helped adding 21 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was forward Dimitris Athanasiadis (195-85) with 14 points and 7 rebounds and forward Takis Ifantis (203-80, agent: Giorgos Dimitropoulos) with 16 points. Coach tried in this game 11 players giving the chance to rest for starting five. Apollon Patras celebrated their first victory after two consecutive losses.
