Another interesting game was between Saitama Bron. (3-9) which played on the court of higher ranked Toyama Grouses (5-7). Seventh ranked Saitama Bron. crushed hosts 86-60 ending at the same time the series of two consecutive victories of Toyama Grouses. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Kenny Satterfield (188-81, college: Cincinnati) who helped to win the game recording double-double 14 points, 7 rebounds and 12 assists and his countryman center Bruce Brown (213-83, college: Hampton) who added 17 points and 11 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American forward John Davis (198-84, college: Tarleton St.) with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and his countryman swingman Brian Harper (208-85, college: Paine) with 13 points and 9 rebounds. Coach Kohei Etoh let to play 10 players saving starting five for next games. Saitama Bron. did not change their seventh position in the standings. Toyama Grouses dropped to the fourth place.
