Very expected game when 13th ranked N.Ferrara (3-6) was defeated at home by third ranked Barcellona (7-2) 86-79. The biggest contributor to a victory was American guard Joseph Crispin (186-79, college: Penn St., agent: Luciano Capicchioni) with 35 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 4 assists (made all of his eight free throws). Panamanian guard Michael Hicks (193-76, college: Texas A&M - C.C.) helped with 17 points and 6 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was power forward Valerio Mazzola (205-88, agent: Luciano Capicchioni) who recorded double-double 17 points and 14 rebounds and naturalized Albanian swingman Klaudio Ndoja (198-85) added 25 points and 5 rebounds. Newly promoted Barcellona maintains third place having just one point less than leader Snaidero UD. N.Ferrara dropped to the twelfth place with six games lost.
