Regular Season Round 16: Delikatesas - ABRO-Univ. 81-55

Bottom-ranked Delikatesas managed to get a fourth victory. This time they outleveled tenth-ranked ABRO-Univ. in Joniskis 81-55. It's especially surprising that the victory came too easily and 26-point difference suggests that Delikatesas is in a good shape to leave the bottom place. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Zilvinas Petraitis (194-88) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and center Julius Jucikas (205-89) who added 12 points and 7 rebounds. Delikatesas' coach Svajunas Ragaisis felt such comfortable that he used 10 players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side guard Paulius Knyza (190-91) responded with 12 points and 5 rebounds and guard Aivaras Kvedaravicius (184-88) with 9 points and 7 rebounds. Thanks to that win Delikatesas moved-up to twelfth place. ABRO-Univ. keeps the tenth place with ten games lost. They share it with Silute. Delikatesas will meet next round at home higher ranked Perlas-MRU (#9) and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. ABRO-Univ. will play against Erelita hoping for a come back to a winning shape.
