Very significant was MIA Tbilisi's (#2) 90-86 home victory against Kutaisi. It allowed MIA Tbilisi to take over leadership position after TSU Tbilisi's loss. Former international center Davit Imnadze (208-85) nailed double-double 11 points and 17 rebounds for the winning side and guard Besik Lezhava (193-86) accounted for 19 points.
