Round 10 most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Kaunas: Laisve (#5) and LKKA-Aistes (#3). Laisve (4-5) smashed visiting LKKA-Aistes (6-3) by 22 points 78-56. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Ligita Kinkeviciene (173-76) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists. Forward Egle Taraseviciute (182-90) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Four Laisve players scored in double figures. Center Laura Svaryte (190-92) replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds and forward Jolanta Marmiene (181-79) added 10 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for LKKA-Aistes. LKKA-Aistes' coach Aurimas Jasilionis gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players which allowed his starters a little rest for the next games. Laisve did not change their fifth position in the standings. LKKA-Aistes keeps the third position. Laisve is looking forward to face higher ranked MRU (#4) in Vilnius in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. LKKA-Aistes' supporters also look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Kaunas to the arena VICI Kaunas.
