An interesting game was also a 24-point tough road defeat of 10th ranked Lobe Huesca in a game versus Clinicas Rincon (#13) 90-114. The winners were led by power forward Pablo Almazan (203-89) who scored that evening 13 points and 7 assists and power forward Miguel Lorenzo (205-91) who supported him with 15 points and 9 rebounds. Clinicas Rincon's coach Francisco Aurioles felt such comfortable that he used 11 players saving starting five for next games. Even 28 points (perfect from the field making all eleven shots !!!) by guard Xavi Ventura (192-81) did not help to save the game for Lobe Huesca. Latvian forward Rolands Freimanis (208-88, agent: Max Raseni) added 19 points. Five Clinicas Rincon and four Lobe Huesca players scored in double figures. Clinicas Rincon (5-7) jumped to the ninth spot. They share the position with five other teams including defeated Lobe Huesca. Clinicas Rincon will meet higher ranked Caceres (#4) on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Lobe Huesca will play against CB Murcia (#3) and hope to secure a win.
