Another exciting game was played in Tbilisi between fifth ranked Kutaisi and 3rd placed Sokhumi where Kutaisi (5-2) crushed Sokhumi (5-3) on the road with 25-point difference 91-66. It also means that the series of three victories in a row of Sokhumi ended. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Rezo Didia (203-87) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Giorgi Barbakadze (203-91) contributed with 23 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. five players scored in double figures.
