Regular Season Round 18: Porvoon Tarmo - Kouvot 82-100

Very expected game when 12th ranked Porvoon Tarmo (2-16) lost at home to fifth ranked Kouvot (11-8) 100-82. American guard B.A. Walker (188-84, college: Va Commonwealth, agent: Danny Servick) scored 24 points and 6 rebounds to led the charge for the winners and guard Antto Nikkarinen (185-91) chipped in 21 points during the contest. Four Kouvot players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American forward Jerrah Young (201-85, college: Toledo) with 16 points and 8 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Aubrey Conerly (182-83, college: Jacksonville) scored 22 points. Both coaches used bench players saving starting five for next games. Kouvot did not change their fifth position in the standings. Porvoon Tarmo keeps the last place. Kouvot's will play against Salon Vilpas (#10) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Porvoon Tarmo will play against Namika Lahti and hopes to get back on the winning track.
