Regular Season Round 15: Tln Kalev - Voru KK 77-56

Rather expected game in Tallinn where 9th ranked Voru KK (1-14) was crushed by seventh ranked TTU/Kalev II (5-11) 77-56 on Sunday. The game without a history. TTU/Kalev II lead from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. TTU/Kalev II forced 20 Voru KK turnovers. The best player for the winners was American center Andrew Arnold (208-86, college: Lewis-Clark) who had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds. Guard Siim Raudla (179-90) chipped in 11 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Four TTU/Kalev II players scored in double figures. TTU/Kalev II's coach Indrek Reinbok felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American center Andrais Thornton (203-85, college: NW Missouri St.) who recorded a double-double by scoring 32 points and 15 rebounds and forward Allar Velleramm (191-87) added 9 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Despite the victory TTU/Kalev II stay at seventh position. Voru KK is currently on the bottom place with a 1-14 record as they suffered their fourteenth loss. TTU/Kalev II's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Tallinn to the arena .
