The closest game of round 9 in the Premier League was only two-point a home defeat of 6th ranked Maccabi Rishon (3-5) to seventh ranked Hapoel Holon (4-5) 85-87 in the game for the sixth place. The victory allowed Hapoel Holon (4-5) to climb to the sixth place. Maccabi Rishon lost third consecutive game. The team is currently 3-5 and went down to seventh position. Hapoel Holon is looking forward to face bottom-ranked Maccabi Haifa (#10) on the road in the next round. Maccabi Rishon will play against Elitzur Netanya and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
