Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked Maccabi Ramat Hen (7-3) beat at home 8th ranked Elitzur Holon (2-8) 83-73 on Monday. Maccabi Ramat Hen trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 43-28 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game.
