There was no surprise in Nayarit where 17th ranked Jaguares (2-31) were crushed by eighth ranked Lobos Grises (22-14) 115-91. The game was mostly controlled by Lobos Grises. Jaguares managed to win fourth quarter 34-29. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Lobos Grises forced 26 Jaguares turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Jaguares' players. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Germaine Jackson (195-76, college: Detroit Mercy, agency: Interperformances) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 11 assists and 4 steals. Lobos Grises moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Lechugueros and Huracanes. Newly promoted Jaguares keep the seventeenth position with 31 games lost. Lobos Grises' next round opponent will be Titanes (#16) in Mexico City and are hoping to win another game.
