No shocking result in a game when third ranked Panasonic Trians (13-8) beat 6th ranked Mitsubishi Dolphins (8-13) in Nagoya 99-85 on Saturday. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Panasonic Trians made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. Panasonic Trians outrebounded Mitsubishi Dolphins 44-30 including a 32-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. International guard Hiroyuki Kinoshita (178-80) nailed 19 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side and international guard Makoto Nagayama (184-77) accounted for 25 points. Four Panasonic Trians players scored in double figures. American forward Ron Hale (203-77, college: Florida St.) came up with 27 points and 7 rebounds and American-Spanish forward Ontario Lett (198-79, college: Pittsburgh) added 18 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Mitsubishi Dolphins in the defeat.
