Sixth-ranked BSV Wulfen (7-7) made lots of trouble for second ranked RSV Eintracht (11-3) in Stahnsdorf. RSV Eintracht managed to secure only one-point victory 64-63. However their fans expected much easier game. BSV Wulfen was ahead by 6 points after three quarters before a 13-6 charge of RSV Eintracht, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated on the defensive end, holding BSV Wulfen to just 6 points in fourth quarter. American guard Mychal Green (193-83, college: Ohio) saved the victory by scoring 16 points and 7 rebounds. The other American import forward Kellen Williams (193-84, college: E.Washington) contributed with 13 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American forward Joseph Henley (196-85, college: Sacred Heart) replied with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 19 rebounds and 4 assists (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field) and center Nino Janoschek (204-87) added 9 points in the effort for BSV Wulfen. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. RSV Eintracht has a solid three-game winning streak. They keep a position of Group North leader, which they share with Vechta. Newly promoted BSV Wulfen dropped to the fifth place with seven games lost. They share the position with ALBA Berlin II. RSV Eintracht will play against ALBA Berlin II (#5) at home in the next round. BSV Wulfen will play against Bayer Giants in Leverkusen and hopes to get back on the winning track.
