The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked CB Clavijo (11-2) in Logrono on Wednesday night. Hosts were defeated by second ranked Basquet Mallorca (10-3) 90-74. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of CB Clavijo. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. The game was mostly controlled by Basquet Mallorca. CB Clavijo managed to win second period 23-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Strangely CB Clavijo outrebounded Basquet Mallorca 37-24 including 24 on the defensive glass.
