Another exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Madrid: Baloncesto Fuenlabrada (#4) and Asefa Estudiantes (#14). Baloncesto Fuenlabrada maintains fourth place with 8-5 record. Loser Asefa Estudiantes dropped to the thirteenth position with eight games lost. They share it with CAI Zaragoza. Baloncesto Fuenlabrada will meet Menorca Basquet (#16) in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Asefa Estudiantes will play against Caja Laboral in Vitoria and hope to secure a win.
