We should mention about the upset which took place in Azpeitia, where 4th placed Promobys Tijola (9-5) lost to thirteenth ranked Lan Mobel ISB (5-9) in a road game 73-89. The game was mostly controlled by Lan Mobel ISB. Promobys Tijola managed to win third quarter 25-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 28 personal fouls committed by Promobys Tijola helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was an exceptional evening for American swingman Reginald Bratton (193-86, college: Lenoir-Rhyne) who led the winners and scored 24 points and 8 rebounds.
