We should mention about the upset which took place in Hangzhou, where 12th ranked Foshan (2-6) was outleveled in a road game by fifteenth ranked Zhejiang Cyclones (3-6) 100-66 on Friday. The game without a history. Zhejiang Cyclones led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Zhejiang Cyclones forced 25 Foshan turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Foshan's players. stepped up with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 steals for the winners and guard DaYong Wang (187-87) chipped in 24 points and 4 steals. Five Zhejiang Cyclones players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Nigerian-British power forward Olumide Oyedeji (208-81) with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds and swingman Wenbo Yang (196-90) scored 11 points and 8 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Zhejiang Cyclones moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with Jilin. Foshan lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the thirteenth position with six games lost. They share it with Shanxi Zh. and Qingdao DS. Zhejiang Cyclones' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Hangzhou Zhejiang Guangsha Lions.
