Rather expected game in Changchun where 14th ranked Jilin Tigers (3-9) were defeated by eleventh ranked Zhejiang Cyclones (5-6) 89-80. Jilin Tigers were ahead by 6 points after three quarters before a 31-16 charge of Zhejiang Cyclones, which allowed them to win the game. They brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. It was a good game for international center Jinhui Ding (204-90) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds. American forward Marcus Williams (201-86, college: Arizona, agency: ZAG Advocates) contributed with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Zhejiang Cyclones' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
