Date: January 8, 2011
There was no surprise in Ciudad Obregon where 11th ranked Potros (17-19) were crushed by third ranked Fuerza Regia (27-9) 101-77 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Fuerza Regia. Potros managed to win third quarter 19-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. His fellow American import forward Jeremis Smith (203-86, college: Georgia Tech) chipped in 10 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists.
