Guard Anete Vorma (165-89) came up with 9 points and guard Laura Purina (171-90, college: Northwestern (WY)) added 8 points respectively for Latvijas Universitate in the defeat. Latvijas Universitate's coach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. TTT Riga have an impressive series of twelve victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 12-0 record. Latvijas Universitate at the other side keeps the second position with three games lost. They share it with RTU-Merks. TTT Riga will play against TTT Juniores (#4) in Riga in the next round. Latvijas Universitate will play on the road against Cesis and hopes to get back on the winning track.
