The most important game in the last round took place in Ciudad Obregon between third ranked Fuerza Regia (27-9) and eleventh ranked Potros (17-19) on Sunday night. Fuerza Regia was defeated by Potros on the road 91-81. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Fuerza Regia. The hosts trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 10-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 91-81. Five Potros and four Fuerza Regia players scored in double figures. Fuerza Regia's coach Reginald Jordan rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Potros maintains eleventh position with 17-19 record. Fuerza Regia at the other side still keeps top place with nine games lost. They share the position with Pioneros. Potros are again looking forward to face league's second-placed Fuerza Regia in Monterrey in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Fuerza Regia will have a break next round.
