Very expected game when 12th ranked Porvoon Tarmo (4-22) was defeated on the road by fifth ranked Espoo Honka (15-10) 100-93. The game without a history. Espoo Honka led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. 28 personal fouls committed by Porvoon Tarmo helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American center John Williamson (198-86, college: Cincinnati) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 15 rebounds. The other American import forward Corey Belser (200-82, college: San Diego) contributed with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds for the winners.
