No shocking result in a game when third ranked Bennet Cantu (10-4) defeated at home 12th ranked Benetton Treviso (6-8) 75-65. Benetton Treviso was ahead by 2 points at the halftime before a 51-39 second half run of Bennet Cantu. They made 18-of-23 charity shots (78.3 percent) during the game. 24 personal fouls committed by Benetton Treviso helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The former international center Denis Marconato (211-75) notched 17 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and American forward Maarten Leunen (206-85, college: Oregon) supported him with 8 points and 8 rebounds.
