Bottom-ranked Hapoel Tel-Aviv is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 13th consecutive match to ninth ranked Elitzur Rishon Le-Zion (3-10) 100-47 on Monday evening. The game was mostly controlled by Elitzur Rishon Le-Zion. Hapoel Tel-Aviv managed to win third quarter 19-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.
