BC Rakvere (#4) was upset in Tallinn by seventh ranked TTU/Kalev II 85-77. The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 41-32 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Strangely BC Rakvere outrebounded TTU/Kalev II 45-33 including 19 on the offensive glass. The best player for the winners was the former international forward Mooses Kaja (195-88) who scored 20 points and 7 rebounds. American center Andrew Arnold (208-86, college: Lewis-Clark) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Matthew Hall (191-86, college: Stonehill) who recorded a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds and his fellow American import swingman Brett McGee (198-84, college: Mt.Mercy) added 19 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. TTU/Kalev II has a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Rapla. Loser BC Rakvere keeps the fourth position with nine games lost. TTU/Kalev II will meet Valga/CKE (#7) on the road in the next round. BC Rakvere will play against KK Parnu and hope to secure a win.
