No shocking result in a game in Tianjin where tenth ranked Shanghai Sharks (7-10) defeated bottom-ranked TianJin Rongcheng (3-14) 91-82 on Friday. The guests trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 27-17 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Shanghai Sharks looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by TianJin Rongcheng's players. TianJin Rongcheng was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was American forward Mike Harris (198-83, college: Rice) who had a double-double by scoring 29 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists. The other American import swingman Devin Green (201-82, college: Hampton) chipped in 23 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Shanghai Sharks' coach Bob Jr. Donewald allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the other side the best for losing team was forward GuiJun Xu (202-80) who recorded 19 points and 8 rebounds and forward Nan Zhang (197-81) added 14 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Shanghai Sharks maintains tenth position with 7-10 record, which they share with Shandong and Zhejiang C.
