SerieA top team - Montepaschi Siena (15-1) added another victory to their record on Sunday. This time they beat eleventh ranked Vanoli-Braga (6-10) 70-62. The hosts trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 35-25 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Montepaschi Siena forced 21 Vanoli-Braga turnovers. Worth to mention a quality performance of Greek guard Nikolaos Zisis (195-83) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 4 steals and Lithuanian guard Rimantas Kaukenas (193-77, college: Seton Hall) who added 13 points during the contest.
