The game in Holon was also quite interesting. Second ranked Electra Ramat (11-4) played at the court of 8th ranked Elitzur Holon (3-12). Electra Ramat defeated Elitzur Holon 70-60 on Monday. The game was mostly controlled by Electra Ramat. Elitzur Holon managed to win third quarter 14-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Electra Ramat forced 20 Elitzur Holon turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Americans were the main players on the court. The best player for the winners was swingman Camille Little (188-85, college: N.Carolina) who scored 19 points and 8 rebounds. Center Chante Black (196-85, college: Duke) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman Sheri Lynette Sam (183-74, college: Vanderbilt) who recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and 14 rebounds and forward Kerri Gardin (186-84, college: Virginia Tech) added 17 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Defending champion maintains second place with 11-4 record having just three points less than leader Elitzur Ramla. Elitzur Holon lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the eighth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Elitzur R.Le-Zion. Electra Ramat will meet at home league's leader Elitzur Ramla in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Elitzur Holon will play against Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion (#5) and hope to secure a win.
