The game with biggest result difference took place in Helsinki. Local Torpan Pojat (15-16) outscored 12th ranked Porvoon Tarmo (4-27) 112-70. The game was mostly controlled by Torpan Pojat. Porvoon Tarmo was better in fourth quarter 28-27. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Torpan Pojat dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Porvoon Tarmo's 38. American swingman Patrick Fields (198-84, college: Baylor) answered with 24 points and 7 rebounds and the other American import guard La Trice Little (186-79, college: Mercy) added 14 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Porvoon Tarmo. Torpan Pojat maintains seventh place with 15-16 record. Porvoon Tarmo lost eighth consecutive game. Newly promoted Porvoon Tarmo stay dead last with 27 lost games. Torpan Pojat will play against Namika Lahti (#8) on the road in the next round. Porvoon Tarmo will play against the league's leader Tampereen Pyrinto (#1) having rather not much hope for a victory.
