Fifteenth-ranked Assignia Manresa (6-13) made lots of trouble for second ranked Real Madrid (16-3). The visitors from Madrid managed to secure only one-point victory 62-61. However their fans expected much easier game. The guests were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. Worth to mention a great performance of international power forward Felipe Reyes (203-80) who helped to win the game recording 6 points and 9 rebounds. Naturalized Montenegrin power forward Nikola Mirotic (208-91) contributed with 10 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Slovenian power forward Uros Slokar (210-83) answered with 18 points and 8 rebounds and guard Jordi Grimau (195-83) added 13 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Assignia Manresa. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Real Madrid. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Regal Barca.
