No shocking result in a game in Cremona where third ranked Bennet Cantu (12-5) edged 14th ranked Vanoli-Braga (6-11) 71-68 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 1-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 71-68. Bennet Cantu outrebounded Vanoli-Braga 38-27 including 28 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was American forward Maarten Leunen (206-85, college: Oregon) who had a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Mike Green (185-85, college: Butler) chipped in 14 points and 6 rebounds.
