Regular Season Round 22: Tln Kalev - Parnu 86-80

The game between closely ranked teams ended with seventh ranked TTU/Kalev II's (8-13) home victory over 8th ranked KK Parnu (5-16) 86-80. It looked good early as KK Parnu took an 1-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then TTU/Kalev II had a 22-15 second period charge getting the lead and KK Parnu was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 80-86. KK Parnu was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a very good performance for American center Andrew Arnold (208-86, college: Lewis-Clark) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds. Forward Kiur Akenparg (190-88) contributed with 19 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Forward Toomas Raadik (198-90) replied with 17 points and 9 rebounds and guard Rain Karner (186-91) added 18 points in the effort for KK Parnu. Four KK Parnu players scored in double figures. TTU/Kalev II maintains seventh position with 8-13 record. KK Parnu at the other side keeps the eighth place with 16 games lost.
