There was no surprise in Tallinn where 8th ranked KK Parnu (5-16) was crushed by second ranked Kalev/Cramo (19-3) 101-57. The game without a history. Kalev/Cramo led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding KK Parnu to just 6 points in third quarter. Kalev/Cramo dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to KK Parnu's 36 and made 18-of-23 charity shots (78.3 percent) during the game. They outrebounded KK Parnu 47-29 including a 36-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. Kalev/Cramo players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by KK Parnu's players. It was a very good performance for international guard Gert Dorbek (194-85) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 9 rebounds. American center Michael Dunigan (208-89, college: Oregon, agency: N.E.T.) contributed with 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!) for the winners. Five Kalev/Cramo players scored in double figures. Guard Elgar Tamsalu (182-87) replied with 13 points and 6 rebounds and forward Toomas Raadik (198-90) added 15 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for KK Parnu. Kalev/Cramo maintains second position with 19-3 record behind leader TU/Rock. KK Parnu at the other side keeps the eighth place with 16 games lost. Kalev/Cramo's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Tallinn .
