The game in Parnu was also worth to mention about. Sixth ranked Rapla (10-13) played at the court of 8th ranked KK Parnu (5-19). Rapla defeated KK Parnu 88-74. It looked good early as KK Parnu took an 5-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Rapla had a 26-16 second period charge getting the lead and KK Parnu was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 74-88. Rapla made 18-of-21 charity shots (85.7 percent) during the game. They outrebounded KK Parnu 53-29 including a 36-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a good game for power forward Raido Ringmets (204-83) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 14 rebounds. Swingman Heigo Erm (190-80) contributed with 25 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Taavi Hamarsalu (199-89) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds and guard Martin Paasoja (189-93) added 15 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for KK Parnu. Four Rapla and five KK Parnu players scored in double figures. Newly promoted Rapla maintains sixth position with 10-13 record. KK Parnu lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 19 games lost. Rapla will have a break next round. KK Parnu will play on the road against Voru KK (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
