The most important game in the last round took place in Gwynneville between second ranked Perth Wildcats (13-9) and fifth ranked Wollongong Hawks (10-11) on Saturday night. Perth Wildcats were crushed by Wollongong Hawks on the road 73-105. The game without a history. Wollongong Hawks led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 25-of-30 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. 27 personal fouls committed by Perth Wildcats helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for the former international forward Oscar Forman (205-82) who led his team to a victory with 21 points (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field). Center Larry Davidson (207-83, college: Boise St.) contributed with 9 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. American guard Kevin Lisch (188, college: St.Louis, agency: Warren Sports International) replied with 20 points and guard Brad Robbins (186-85) added 9 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Perth Wildcats.
