Regular Season Round 22: Challans - St Quentin 92-85

An interesting game took place in Challans, where higher ranked Saint-Quentin (12-10) lost to twelfth ranked Vendee Challans (11-11) in a road game 85-92 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 5 points after three quarters before their 30-18 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Vendee Challans shot 60.7 percent from the field. It was a great shooting night for Vendee Challans especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 62.5 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Five Vendee Challans and four Saint-Quentin players scored in double figures. Vendee Challans moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Orchy and Denek. Saint-Quentin lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the fifth position with ten games lost. Vendee Challans will face Le Puy ASMB (#13) in Le Puy en Velay in the next round. Saint-Quentin will play at home against Angers BC 49 (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
