Regular Season Round 15: Oslo Tigers - NTNUI Basket 44-69

Bottom-ranked Oslo (0-13) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 13th consecutive match to fifth ranked NTNUI (3-12) 69-44 on Friday evening. NTNUI made 22-of-26 free shots (84.6 percent) during the game. NTNUI outrebounded Oslo 26-0 including a 18-0 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for guard Madelen Moore (-86) who led her team to a victory scoring 16 points (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). Ingrid Langdal helped adding 14 points and 5 rebounds. Five NTNUI players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Ragnhild Riis (-84) with 10 points and guard Sevde Yapici (-88) scored 6 points. Despite that victory NTNUI went down to sixth position due to points difference. Oslo at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still closes the standings with 13 games lost. NTNUI are looking forward to face higher ranked Nordstrand (#5) in Oslo in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Oslo will play on the road against Asker/BV in Rykkinn and hopes to get finally their first victory.
