No shocking result in a game when seventh ranked Shimane Magic (14-19) beat at home 9th ranked Takamatsu FA (9-24) 79-64. The game without a history. Shimane Magic led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. American forward Terry Evans (196-86, college: Wisc.-Green Bay) fired a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. The former international guard Takumi Ishizaki (188-84) chipped in 14 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists.
