Very predictable result in Vitoria where fifth ranked Caja Laboral (13-8) defeated bottom-ranked CB Granada (3-18) 78-63. It looked good early as CB Granada took an 1-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Caja Laboral had a 17-15 second period charge getting the lead and CB Granada was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 63-78. It was a good game for Bosnian-Croatian center Stanko Barac (217-86) who led his team to a victory with 8 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. Brazilian-Italian guard Marcelinho Huertas (191-83, agency: Edge Sports) contributed with 13 points and 8 assists for the winners. Argentinian-Italian guard Nicolas Gianella (187-78) answered with 9 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and Brazilian center Paulo Prestes (210-88) added 13 points in the effort for CB Granada.
