Rather expected game when 9th ranked Takamatsu FA (9-25) was defeated on the road by seventh ranked Shimane Magic (15-19) 81-74 on Sunday. Takamatsu FA trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 30-26 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 74-81 at the end of the game. Shimane Magic dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Takamatsu FA's 36. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Shimane Magic made 8 blocks. It was a great evening for American forward Reggie Golson (201-81, college: SE Missouri St., agency: Court Side) who led his team to a victory scoring 19 points and 6 rebounds.
