Not a big story in a game when 17th ranked Menorca Basquet (5-17) was defeated on the road by twelfth ranked Unicaja Malaga (11-11) 78-68. Menorca Basquet was ahead by 2 points after three quarters before a 29-17 charge of Unicaja Malaga, which allowed them to win the game. They outrebounded Menorca Basquet 40-29 including 29 on the defensive glass. British forward Joel Freeland (208-87) notched a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds to lead the effort and Bosnian center Nedzad Sinanovic (221-83) supported him with 9 points and 9 rebounds.
