EMKL top team - TU/Rock (25-2) had no problems winning another game on Tuesday. This time they crushed eighth ranked KK Parnu (7-21) in Tartu 99-66. The game without a history. TU/Rock led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 2 passes made by KK Parnu's players. The best player for the winners was international forward Tanel Kurbas (197-88) who scored 27 points and 5 assists. International guard Rain Veideman (192-91) chipped in a double-double by scoring 11 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists. Four TU/Rock players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Martin Paasoja (189-93) who recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and forward Toomas Raadik (198-90) added 15 points and 8 rebounds respectively. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for TU/Rock. Defending champion maintains first place with 25-2 record. Loser KK Parnu keeps the eighth position with 21 games lost. TU/Rock will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. KK Parnu will play against Voru KK (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
