The game in Rustavi supposed to be also quite interesting. Third ranked TSU (12-4) played at the court of 6th ranked Energy Invest (7-8). TSU did not have too big problems ending evening with a very confident victory 109-91 on Friday. The game without a history. TSU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They also forced 21 Energy Invest turnovers. Center Ilia Londaridze (205-89) fired a double-double by scoring 40 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds for the winners. The former international forward Mikheil Berishvili (205-87) chipped in a double-double by scoring 24 points and 17 rebounds. Guard Luka Khmelidze (195-92) produced 30 points and guard Malkhazi Abaishvili (183-91) added 21 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals respectively for lost side. Four Energy Invest players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. TSU have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. Energy Invest lost sixth consecutive game. Defending champion keeps the sixth position with eight games lost. TSU's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Tbilisi Army Sport Klub.
