The game between closely ranked teams ended with sixth ranked Taiwan Mobile's (9-15) victory over bottom-ranked KKL (7-17) 95-81 on Saturday. Taiwan Mobile trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 2-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 95-81. KKL was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. The former international swingman Ching-Heng Ouyang (191-79) scored 24 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American swingman Marcus Dove (206-85, college: Oklahoma St.) chipped in 13 points, 14 rebounds and 5 blocks during the contest. Five Taiwan Mobile players scored in double figures. At the losing side American swingman Shawn Hawkins (198-82, college: Long Beach St.) responded with 26 points and 9 rebounds and international forward Ching-Hwan Chen (190-86) scored 21 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. KKL's coach Tien-Chin Lo tested twelve players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Taiwan Mobile moved-up to fifth place. Loser KKL stay at the bottom position with 17 games lost. Taiwan Mobile will face higher ranked Yulon Luxgen (#4) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. KKL will play against the league's leader Taiwan Beer.
