An interesting game for Dexia Mons-Hainaut (12-6) which hosted in Quaregnon 4th ranked Base Oostende (10-10). Third ranked Dexia Mons-Hainaut managed to get a 8-point victory 81-73. The hosts were already 18 points ahead at halftime and as many as 22 after three quarters before a 25-11 last quarter charge of Base Oostende cut the lead to 81-73 at the end of the game. American guard Marcus Hatten (186-80, college: St.John's) scored 23 points and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import guard Ron Lewis (193-84, college: Ohio St.) chipped in 17 points and 4 assists during the contest.
