An interesting game for Solna Vikings (3-2) which hosted in Solna second-ranked Lulea BBK (2-3). Third ranked Solna Vikings managed to get a 12-point victory 71-59. It was a key game for the top position in Group A. The game without a history. Solna Vikings led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 19-of-22 charity shots (86.4 percent) during the game. American guard Eureka Brooks (170-86, college: Florida) stepped up and scored 24 points and 8 rebounds (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!) for the winners and the former international center Katarina Andersson (191-83) chipped in 18 points and 8 rebounds. American center Sabrina Scott (190-81, college: Colorado) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds and guard Stina Nilsson (177-86) scored 18 points. Solna Vikings have a solid series of three victories in a row. They keep a position of Group A leader, which they share with Telge. Lulea BBK at the other side dropped to the third place with three games lost. They share the position with Norrkoping. Solna Vikings' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Solna Solna Vikings.
